For the purposes of these Terms, "Astrid-Agency" refers to:

Astrid Agency, a company legally registered and operating in the Republic of the Philippines.

By using any service provided by Astrid Agency, you acknowledge and agree that your interaction is with Astrid-Agency, and you consent to these Terms as applicable to your dealings with us. These Terms govern your use of the Astrid Agency platform, accessible via www.astrid-agency.com, including its mobile, tablet, and other versions available through social media, desktop, and additional devices.

In these Terms, the following terminology applies:

• "Platform" refers to the Astrid Agency platform.

• "We", "us", "our", and “Astrid Agency” refer to Astrid Agency, its management, and affiliates.

• "User", "client", "you", and "your" refer to you as the user of our platform and services.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OR OBTAINING ANY SERVICE OR INFORMATION FROM THE PLATFORM.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using the platform, you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree to the Terms, you must not access the platform or services. Astrid Agency reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, with changes becoming effective once posted on our platform. Continued use of our services after changes are posted signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You represent and warrant that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Astrid Agency may refuse to offer services to anyone and change eligibility criteria at its sole discretion.

This platform may only be used in compliance with these Terms and all relevant local and international laws.

By using the platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into this agreement and fulfill its obligations.

2. Subscriptions

Access to our platform and ad account services requires a subscription.

Pricing:

• $249 per month for access to a single platform.

  
  

These rates may be updated and communicated in advance.

No refunds are issued for subscription payments. If payment fails, account access may be suspended immediately.

3. Payments

Payments for subscriptions and ad top-ups are processed through wire transfer and other available channels. Fees for other payment methods will be disclosed prior to transactions.

If your card is declined:

• No payment will be processed.

• A pending authorization may appear temporarily (2–5 business days).

• You must use an alternate payment method.

  
  

Astrid-Agency is not responsible for third-party payment processing fees.

All payment information is securely processed solely for the purpose of managing your subscription.

In case of a dispute, we may freeze your ad balance and halt cooperation. Disputes should be directed to astridagency@astrid-agency.com, and we will respond within 5 business days.

4. Ownership & Licenses

All intellectual property associated with the platform is owned by Astrid Agency. We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the platform for personal and business use as outlined in these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform or its content.

Misuse of the platform, including spamming, distributing malicious software, or conducting fraudulent or unethical activity, is prohibited.

Astrid-Agency reserves the right to terminate your access if you violate these Terms or harm the platform’s integrity.

5. Disclaimer

Use of our platform and services is at your own risk. Astrid Agency does not guarantee the performance or outcome of any advertising campaign. Results depend on your content, strategies, and external factors beyond our control.

Educational content is provided for informational purposes only, and success depends on your implementation and context.

6. Confidentiality

All client information, including campaign strategies and business data, is confidential. Astrid Agency will protect this information and only disclose it internally on a need-to-know basis, under strict confidentiality agreements.

Clients may not disclose credit line information or platform details without written consent from Astrid Agency.

Confidentiality remains binding even after service termination.

7. Copyright

All content on the Astrid-Agency platform—including text, graphics, videos, logos, and software—is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, republish, or modify any material without our written consent.

Use of third-party materials (e.g., stock images or licensed content) must comply with the respective licenses and terms.

8. Copyright Infringement

We take copyright violations seriously. If you believe your content has been used without permission, send a detailed request to us, including:

• Description and proof of ownership

• Location of the infringing content

• Your contact information

• A good faith statement and signature
